The drawback of all this is that you may see your disk space dwindling, especially if you update your documents very frequently. As a precaution, 360 Document Protector will limit the size of your files to 100 MB (with a maximum limit of 10 GB) and will keep them on your disk for 30 days, unless you decide to keep them forever. Besides, you can tell the program which file extensions to back up, though it seems to make copies of whatever file has been modified.
